    I'm used to falling asleep between 6-8am and wanna get back to falling asleep at around 12am since I miss lots of the sun.

    even tho I get somewhat tired already at around 2-3 since it's already dark for a while, but I always start thinking so much and can't actually fall asleep.

    any natural remedies to getting back to that time, I hate alarms so I don't use them.

    I get that it's a detox mechanism of the body, but why specifically the throat, I get diarrhea or tiredness, acne, but a sore throat causes you to want to eat less therefore supplying your body less with nutrition.
    kinda counter productive.

    also why do we more often detox during the cold seasons, i imagine our bodies need to work harder to retain optimal temperature so why work even harder to detox?

    I'm male 20, don't exercise anymore.
    changed to the diet 3 weeks ago, around 2 weeks ago started noticing frequent increased heart rate throughout the day.

    anybody else experienced it? sometimes it can become uncomfortable since you fully feel the thumping and tightening.
    also about 3 daysa go began feeling a sore throat and pretty severe grogginess, not like a normal cold I felt before.

    I eat I'm a day roughly: 1L raw milk, 100-200 raw butter depending on how I feel, 400-500 muscle meat or 200-300 heart or liver, 2-3 mandarines, maybe a few eggs.

    • all are rough measurements depending on how much is needed to satiate me.
