    I had raw liver in the refrigerator for 1week in a glass box it was also with blood can i still eat it it is a little brown

      Yeah, Ive eaten ones that had mold on them. If you don't contaminate it, it will only ferment and not putrify.

              @ela yeah fresh is the best taste wise but sometimes fermented just hits the spot...
