    hello, ive been washing my hair with eggs and cut out shampoo for the past few months, while ive noticed my hair quality improving ive also noticed i now get dandruff. I am not on a primal diet nor carnivore. Does anyone know how to prevent dandruff while washing hair with eggs? I wash my hair with eggs once a week

      Try african black soap, its what i use.
      only one ingredient. Mix with some coconut oil before washing. Raw eggs & raw honey works well too ofc.

      Here are some places with good information.

        @xx i had the same experience as you but after a few months the dandruff went away randomly (this was in october) but now like one month ago i started having dandruff again, one some days more on some days less, but i dont stress about it and i think its just part of the process.
        if you want to fix it desperately try this (this is from https://www.instagram.com/solixcs_c)

            No one in nature is putting egg yolks in their hair. I’m on 2 years no shampoo also no soap no bullshit products at all i can go a few days without showering smelling good. I just wet my hair in the morning with cold water. Skin and hair look and feel healthy.

              @Bert Then your missing out. you have to get out of your way of being so strict with whats natural is better. yes it's the case 99% off the time but you will be missing out if you dont use raw eggs for your hair.

                          @Jay said in prevent dandruff:

                          scrambled eggs in your hair if you use egg whites and warm water 😂

                            @xx Alright I guess, it made my hair a bit more shiny but more flat. I like how my hair looks without it more. I think coming from shampoo it’s an upgrade but if your scalp is actually completely adjusted to no products its a downgrade. No shampoo actually gave me curls and i had flat hair all my life.
