    I just turned 14, i have an overbite. I was sticking my jaw forward so it doesn't look bad for 2 years now. Is there any way to fix it?

    @sqdgfqdfsg Yeah its bad situation.. In my opinion mewing or anything like that doesn't work, you cant force the jaw forward growth. In my opinion chewing tough foods don't cause growth also, only nutrition. It has to come only from nutrition, that biochemically can still grow your jaw forward easily. And the most nutritious diet is raw meat, organs, raw milk. Overbite itself is caused my malnutrition. You still can super easily reverse it though. Raw milk and raw meat to start, eat high amounts for most benefits.

      @rawmeatgoy Thanks, is it enough to eat raw butter, raw eggs, chicken, raw milk? Should i stop sticking my lower jaw forward, i heard it makes things worse?

            @sqdgfqdfsg @rabbi
            increased mastication promotes bone formation at the enthesis of the masseter muscle, so a taller ramus, a stronger mandible and potentially a taller mandible in young individuals especially.
            mastification using hard gum or jaw exercises 1-2h daily (CHEW USING YOUR PREMOLARS)

            ^ thats what i use

            Enthesis of the massater muscle is the massater tuborosity, mastification olaces forces there and thus grows the ramus.

            if u turn 16-18 and you still have an overbite get a bimax or surgery in general, its essential not only for looks but for breathing, chewing and overall a better life.

              @L204660 other than surgery you could curl your lashes, it might give the illusion of a more positive canthal tilt, it might also help with UEE

                      @primordialeats gotta let it run it's course. As long as youve given your body the right inputs you have to sit it out

                      Enjoy the raw milk
