@Rabbi I usually buy chicken liver organic non grain fed no gmo with a natural based diet but I do have that puke feeling all the time maybe because I have been eating different textured foods my whole life

@Jack Butter is quite heat-resistant, so most micronutrients remain intact during pasteurization.

@Rabbi I still don't like grass-fed liver, especially the texture. I can't get used to it after years of a slave diet
