Hey , primal girly here. I’m not gonna lie , it will almost be impossible to find a primal girl in real life. The only way I found girls in this community was through social medias. I was watching insta reels about primal diet and everything and when I opened the comments , I saw a comment and on the pfp , it was a girl. I first thought it was a fake account and I DMed her , told her about how happy I was to finally meet a primal girl and she told me she had the same feelings. We added each other on snap, and she added me in a primal groupchat. In this gc , there are a few girls , and they’re the only primal girls I know. Also , the girl I just told you about met her primal bf on social medias and now they’re in a long distance relationship but are going to live together. So if you can’t afford going to Africa or Thailand , I would recommand you looking for a girl on social medias. Maybe look at primal accounts’ followers on Instagram ‍️. Last thing : don’t try to convert normies because it’s almost impossible. Just answer people’s questions if they have some. Be patient and good luck !

What do you guys think about white meat ? Resident raw says that red meat shouldn’t be consumed ( except for bodybuilders or anemic people ). His opinion seems quite niche , because I haven’t seen many Aajonus followers – even strict – be this big advocates of white meat

@rawmeat The environment also plays a role. He often says that he’s super busy and NEVER wear anti blue light glasses , so I’m guessing his circadian rythm is doomed.
