Food that is raw is recognized by the body as food. You will excrete excess vitamins and minerals. Comparing real food with "supplements" is a big mistake. You shouldnt worry about eating too much of anything if it's actual food. Trust your instincts. If you feel fine then you are fine cause you know you aren't consuming anything that's inherently toxic. Your body's system is way more advanced and intelligent and gives you way better advice.
