You need to eat like 40% fat 60% meat ratio. Fats binds to toxins and escort them out in a better way and aajonus calls it safer detox. Fat is your body preferred storage for toxins. You will detox but your detox symptoms should calm down with enough fat. Fat is the most fundamental thing regarding getting toxins out of your body.

Appearantly its not a detox but a chemicaly induced anxiety disorder. Is it smart to suddenly go fully raw primal? because my body has to get used to it and its already struggeling with anxiety. Maybe i should just stick to what i used to eat? I ate a diet consisting of raw milk. Some raw eggs, cooked meats, fruit and raw honey.

@PrimalDude I don’t think that the food causes that , but maybe it’s kind of a psychological effect

Could be. Aajoonis said that when detoxing drugs you get the symptoms you got when you took the drugs. I also have a white layer on my tongue and a chemical smell. Like what you smell in a hospital.

@Rabbi will that make the detox milder or intenser?

@Elina heart beating fast, adrenaline surges. Shaking of hands. Not being able to take deep breaths. Im scared this will only get worse if i keep adding more raw foods.

    Hey everyone,
I’m 17. I grew up eating mostly cooked/processed food, luckily i am not vaccinated. I spent the last 3 years smoking and drinking alcohol. I kinda followed paul saladinos diet for like 2-3 years now with cooked animal products and raw milk.
After using a weed vape once I ended up in the hospital. Shortly after i took ritalin. Since then I’ve had symptoms like breathing restriction, heart spikes, adrenaline surges, numbness, shaking, panic waves, and a tight diaphragm. I had this for 2 weeks now.
When I increase raw eggs/milk and cut processed food, i get those strong detox symptoms.
I’m worried going 100% strict will be too intense. And i gotta focus on school rn.
Question: Should I go all-in on the diet rn or should i ease in or even wait till i have more fat on my body?
